2. Scope of the personal data processed

On the website's contact form you may provide the following data, which we process:

• Name (mandatory)
• E-mail address (mandatory)
• Company name, phone number (optional)
• The selected topic and the content of the message

In addition, the server's technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be temporarily recorded for the purposes of operation and security.

3. Purpose and legal basis of the data processing

The purpose of the data processing is making contact, answering your inquiry, providing a quote and consultation regarding our services.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form, and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

4. Data retention period

We process the data provided until the purpose of the contact is achieved, but for no longer than 1 year from the inquiry, or until you withdraw your consent. In the event of entering into a contract, the relevant statutory (e.g. accounting) retention periods apply.

5. Data processors

The following may participate in the storage and transmission of the data:

• Hosting provider: RACKFOREST ZRT. (1132 Budapest, Victor Hugo utca 11. 5th floor B05001., Hungary; tax number: 32056842-2-41) — serving the website and the e-mails,
• Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics (traffic measurement, solely on the basis of your consent) and Google Fonts (typefaces); in the course of this, your browser's IP address may be transmitted to Google.

We do not transfer or sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

The website uses the following cookies / storage:

• Necessary storage: remembering the acceptance of the cookie notice in the browser's local storage, so that it does not appear again.
• Statistical (Google Analytics): to measure traffic, Google Analytics (gtag.js, identifier: G-88TEP85KY5) may place cookies (e.g. _ga). These activate only after acceptance of the cookie bar (Google Consent Mode); in the absence of acceptance, no statistical cookie is stored.

The website does not use marketing/advertising cookies. You may delete or disable cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you may modify your consent using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

7. Rights of the data subject

Under the relevant legislation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• request information about and access to your processed data,
• request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of the data,
• object to the data processing, and to exercise the right to data portability,
• withdraw your consent at any time (the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the prior data processing).

You may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
